Ed started with CBRE, the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the world. He has been involved with the marketing, finance, sale, and lease of properties ranging from $1 Million to $200 Million. He served as a board member of REIT’s Sarakreek and Potomac Kreek that purchased a portfolio, repositioning, and sale of properties including L’Enfant Plaza in Washington DC and The Woolworth Building in NYC. In 2001, he started an investor group to invest in small to mid-sized buildings. He built websites with Google search results for each property to find buyers and tenants for the properties we purchased. This new focus took on a life of its own. During the market downturn of 2008, Ed started working with property owners to develop digital strategies to get their properties leased and sold.
