Ed Winslow


Ed started with CBRE, the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the world. He has been involved with the marketing, finance, sale, and lease of properties ranging from $1 Million to $200 Million. He served as a board member of REIT’s Sarakreek and Potomac Kreek that purchased a portfolio, repositioning, and sale of properties including L’Enfant Plaza in Washington DC and The Woolworth Building in NYC. In 2001, he started an investor group to invest in small to mid-sized buildings. He built websites with Google search results for each property to find buyers and tenants for the properties we purchased. This new focus took on a life of its own. During the market downturn of 2008, Ed started working with property owners to develop digital strategies to get their properties leased and sold.

Mitch has utilized creative strategies to attract tenants from Google searches for buildings such as the World Trade Center, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, One Penn Plaza and many more. As a team member of Niche Quest & 10x Display Ads, Mitch combines his digital marketing and commercial real estate expertise to generate leasing tenants for some of the most prestigious office buildings in NYC.

Caroline Vega


Caroline has developed countless websites and cutting-edge digital strategies on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for Niche Quest clients for 8 years. Noteworthy achievements have been taking a 12 location Health Care Company from 2,000 Visitors per month to over 300,000. This has resulted in a tremendous increase in profits.

Another significant achievement has been generating over 100,000 monthly visitors for a local NYC business. This amazing level of digital traffic, all based on thousands of keyword searches, is unprecedented. Few business owners even know this level of exposure is possible and how it can increase their revenues.
